Preheat oven to 180ºC/350ºF/Gas Mark 4.
Melt butter in a baking dish in preheated oven.
Coat chicken wings with flour, shake off excess and place in dish. Place the coated chicken wings on baking tray.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 20 minutes, turning regularly, bake uncovered for another 5 - 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside when thickest pieces are cut in the centre. Drain on kitchen paper.
In a small bowl combine the vinegar, red hot chilli sauce and salt and mix until well blended. Add chicken wings and toss until evenly covered in sauce. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
