Manor Farm Chicken Balls

Method:
1: Mix the flour, baking powder & salt in a bowl. Drizzle on some sesame oil and gradually add in the water while whisking. Continue whisking until a smooth batter forms. Allow to rest for half an hour.
2: Fill a deep pan or wok with some oil and heat to a high temperature.
3: Mix the cornflour and white pepper together and dust the chicken with the powder. Dip the chicken into the batter and transfer to the oil. Fry until golden on the outside and cooked on the inside - approx 6 mins.
4: Remove chicken balls from the oil and drain on some paper towels. Serve with rice & curry sauce for that authentic Fake Away experience.

4 Manor farm chicken breasts, chopped into large chunks.
5 tablespoons of cornflour....
1 large pinch of white pepper.
100g plain flour.
1 dessertspoon of baking powder.
1 pinch of salt.
1 teaspoon of sesame oil.
125 ml of water.
oil for frying.
