Chicken Sausages

Mix the apple with the chicken, onion, stock cube, breadcrumbs, and parsley. Roughly chop in a food processor for a few seconds.

Season with salt and black pepper.

With your hands lift some of the mixture and form in a shape of a sausage, roll and coat with flour, repeat until all the mixture is formed into sausages.

Heat the oil in pan and shallow fry for about 10 mins minutes until cooked through, serve immediately.

Sausages can also be frozen, cooked or raw.

Makes 12-15 sausages 

Ingredients:

  • 2 Manor Farm chicken breast fillets, cut into chunks
  • 1 large red apple, peeled and grated
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 chicken stock cube, crumbled
  • 50g white breadcrumbs
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Plain flour for coating
  • Vegetable oil
