Chicken with Cornflake Crumb

Mix together the egg and milk in a shallow dish.

Dip the strips of chicken into the egg and then coat with cornflake crumb.

Put the chicken strips in a greased oven proof dish, drizzle over the melted butter and toss to coat chicken with butter.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180oC/350oF/Gas Mark 4 for about 10 minutes on each side and chicken is cooked through.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large Manor Farm chicken breast, cut into 8 strips
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 30g cornflakes, finely crushed
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 15g butter, melted
